Are my clothes washed together with other people's clothes?
Absolutely not. Each order is washed separately, even if its just one item, so no need to worry about that. Your clothes are safe with us!
Where are my clothes cleaned?
We clean all clothes at our shop at Pound Hill Parade, Crawley.
What is the turnaround time?
We will discuss the best time for returning your clean clothes during collection. Currently we offer next day delivery and soon we will also offer same day service.
What if I'm not at home during collection or delivery?
If you let us know via phone or the contact form, we will reschedule delivery for when you are available. Alternatively, we can leave your clothes in a safe place of your choosing or with reception when applicable.
